Staff Training
Our staff training programs are custom designed to meet your specific needs and challenges. We offer basic, advanced, and refresher training in technical skills, facilitation skills, safety and rescue skills, and program management. Our workshops are comprehensive, hands-on, and fun! We travel to your camp, school or facility to train your staff on the very equipment they will use in your program and teach them how to get the most from every element and every activity.
WingSpeed staff training can be 1 to 4 days depending on the size of your program. Our trainers work directly with your staff to answer questions, apply practical skills, and share knowledge and experience to support your staff’s ability to provide a high quality program for your organization.
Staff training can include:
- Leadership Development
- Program Concerns
- Warm-up Activities
- Group Games
- Trust, Communication & Problem-Solving Activities
